Zuzana Piussi’s shocking documentary *Witness from a Cell*(Čzech TV 2026) was broadcast on Czech TV 1 (1 September 2026, 9.00 pm). It is only available to watch on iVysílání for 7 days (until 8 September 2026), even though it is a ČT production? It should be accessible permanently. If copyright is also an issue, television licence holders would surely have no objection to these costs being covered by the television licence fee.
A comment from one viewer: The lawyer who speaks at the end is Mr Miloslav Jančík: a former lawyer who was sentenced to 7.5 years for embezzling clients’ money and fraud. Jančík’s statement ‘Ad absurdum’ (Latin for ‘to the point of absurdity’)… Tobolová worked for Dufková. She attended general meetings of Michal Redl, a Zlín businessman and former close associate of underworld boss Radovan Krejčíř. More details can be found in the Commercial Register of the Regional Court in Brno. This Jančík recently had a long chat in court with his friend, Judge Mgr. Petr Dvorský, known from the SLOPNÉ case. What on earth could a criminal court judge possibly be discussing with a lawyer who knows the local underworld so well? I’m just a layman, and even I know that. And what about lawyers Stanislav Devátý, Tomáš Sokol and others…

Taxpayers do not pay for Czech Television to withhold information in the public interest! This disgraceful scandal has been dragging on for seven years! Government officials are knowingly lying,slandering and manipulating. All funded from the state budget. Will other journalists and media outlets find the courage to speak out?!
